Winter is upon us, and as things begin to wind down a little, it’s a good time to reflect on the past season.  What worked, and what didn’t work?  What are the challenges and opportunities for next season?

Part of any sound resistance management plan is evaluating its success at the conclusion of each season in order to adjust for next year and be even more successful. Attending meetings throughout winter is an effective way to stay educated on the issues surrounding your area and to learn about what is available for the coming season. If you haven’t implemented any resistance management strategies, now is a good time to start developing a more proactive plan.
